With a background in counseling, science, and holistic wellness, I’ve spent over 25 years supporting individuals, students, families, and communities across India and Qatar. My work blends modern emotional wellness techniques with ancient practices of laughter, breath, and mindful living.

As a career counsellor, nutritionist, mindfulness coach, and creative facilitator, I offer not just techniques but a safe space to feel seen, heard, and supported.
